Shipping & Returns
- Shipping & Delivery
We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.
We have two methods of shipment available: Regular Air Mail and Express Post. You will have the option to select which method you would like us to use on checkout. For urgent orders, please select Express Post for guaranteed dispatch before 1 pm the next buisness day*.
We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.
* Note:- The estimated arrival times are taken directly from information provided by our couriers. These are estimates only, TopToyExpress is not responsible if this varies. Goods will need to be signed for. Please provide a delivery address where someone will be available.
- If goods are returned to TopToyExpress because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the carriage is not refundable.
- In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to use alternative couriers (we will notify you accordingly).
- Returns & Replacements
- If your goods arrive faulty or develop a fault within the first 7 days, you can return them to TopToyExpress for refund or replacement. Please contact us if you wish to return faulty items. Our returns team will process your claim and if approved we will issue you with a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) number along with an address to send the faulty items to. Please do NOT send any goods to us prior to receive the RMA number. Doing so will result in delays and disappointment. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to TopToyExpress and the shipping fee is non refundable. We will investigate the returned items and if determined to be faulty, we will contact you for refund or replacement. TopToyExpress reserves the right to refuse to refund or replace, examples where we may refuse a return include, but not limited to:
- The returned item(s) is/are incomplete or has missing parts.
- Not returned in its original packaging.
- Shows physical damage to the product not caused by transit.
- Payment Methods
We accept Paypal, eChecks, and Visa / Mastercard payments (via Worldpay) only. Pick up, money order, personal cheque, company cheque, cash on delivery, and bank deposit are not accepted.
** Note:
- TopToyExpress reserves the right to check customers credit card details by asking for extra information to be supplied on any purchase. Failure to provide these details will void the transaction and the transaction will be refunded.
- Purchases made by Paypal eChecks will not be sent until funds have been cleared.
